young (weighing 100-120 lbs or less). I take up most of the seat I paid for. My kids would take up half of a seat. And because of people squeezing in to sit with friends or family, my kid and I would end up occupying less than 1.5 seats and being squeezed uncomfortably tight.

I got more vocal and physically aggressive (making sure to box people off my seats) as the years went by.
