how long do you have to be there? Seems like time in the property
is a key variable. Depending on the numbers, it probably doesn't make sense after a certain number of months, so just move before that inflection point?

Not all PE is bad. Different playbooks for different investments. The sale-leaseback playbook is often predatory though.
