I think the top 5 are firm, the middle is all over the place
Kansas, Houston, Baylor, Iowa St, and Arizona are all top tier
The second tier, which BYU is in could be ordered in a number of ways. I think BYU is likely to be somewhere between 6-9th in the league standings, but I have no idea how to really project that.
