Oregon State & Washington state are definite upgrades over those two. Dropping Hawaii, New Mexico & Wyoming is addition
by subtraction. I don't think there is any way you can argue that the new Pac 12 isn't better football wise than the current MWC. They will get more money than the new MWC.
