Demin is much more complete and ready for the NBA. Catchings is a better shot and more natural scorer, but may struggle at times against physicality. Catchings also needs to learn how to defend at this level. Demin is already a good defender.

Both could leave, both could stay. A lot would depend on where they are protected to go in the draft this next year. I expect both the progress as the season goes on.
