10 agreed if true. I don't believe Yoko ever said he abused her.

all in all, I think the author wanted to do an edgy piece, or had a grudge against the man.  Did he do stupid, hurtful things in his life? No doubt.  Worse than us, most likely. Not as bad as absent fathers and mothers we all know. 9 & 10 are indeed scumable behaviors if true (9, I do believe is credible). End of day, I'm not going to classify him as a horrible person. 

Now if he EVER said anything positive or did something positive regarding the university of Utah - then he truly was, and remains a stinking, vile,dirtbag.
