The Alabamas and Georgas of the world can't go as deep at every position as they use to. That guy that is 2nd or 3rd string isn't going to stick around and just wait for their chance so it spreads out the talent a lot more. instead of siting around for 2 or 3 years they transfer to Vany and start every game.
