I mean, guys literally do this every inning. This is a huge mountain out of a

Manny has a temper, but there's no way he was trying to hit Roberts on that, and anyone who claims otherwise is embarrassing themselves. The fact that Roberts submitted that to the league office shows how desperate he is to not get fired.
