What makes their content so consistently bad?

I assume there are classes or textbooks out there that has some industry proven methods to make a 30 second video not suck.

Is it that good content creators are that hard to come by? Do they not have the requisite camera quality? Are the basics of commercial production that hard to learn?

I am genuinely curious from to hear possible reasons that a supposed flagship state school allows these things to go out to the public. And sadly for them it isn’t just coming from the SID.
