1. Weather must not be an issue for you, which is fine.
2. English cuisine is awful; it just imports better cuisine but English cuisine is not better than French cuisine. English cuisine at best is comfort food.
3. Cost of living and visiting is very high.
Its history makes it a great city but if you don't like bad weather, traffic and only eat local cuisine, it's not the best city for that group of people.
