can't make the hike to SLC's southwest gates... so wheelchair it is. She's fully capable of walking on or off the plane, but long distances are impossible. Ironically, she doesn't want to sit in the front of the plane, but pre-boards are required to do just that. No real solution that will make everyone happy.
