I've liked the high deductible/HSA plan, even with a Type 1 diabetic daughter. FYI, I didn't like DMBA for her
People without health issues love DMBA, but for her it was always a battle. They ended up denying a claim right at the end (she probably should have reported them over it).
But, high deductible, with HSA has been generally good for us. We always did have struggles with what insulin they would approve, but we got those worked out eventually.
