This. Generally speaking, most of then country lives in these areas. And
The large state school have fan that aren't even alums.... just people who identify with the area. Being in a populated location and having your 'local team' winning games is also a huge plus.
The B12 teams need to start making a splash with OOC wins against the Turd 2 conferences.
