He installed alarms so was on different areas each day. He would drop his trash in random dumpsters around the area.

Maybe five years ago he had to retire due to a stroke. My wife decided to pay for his trash pickup because he still wouldn’t do it, and frankly she was embarrassed by it. He finally did take over paying it after a couple years.

It wasn’t a money issue at all, just being a punk.
