Would that be more durable than my situation of ordering it already painted?
I’m thinking of paying more not just to save time but because I feel like if I paint it it’ll need repainting sooner than if I buy it painted

What about sheen? Satin for walls and gloss for trim?

Sheen is based on preference IF you go with the paint I recommended. Personally
