I need a breakfast idea that is very healthy (which to me means no sugar). I cook everything from scratch but morning sickness has become overwhelming during this pregnancy. There has got to be a way for me to temporarily give up on cooking without giving my kids processed garbage. I've got zero ideas. To make matters more complex, I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. So far I'm unable to think of anything gluten-free and sugar-free that isn't fairly labor-intensive or just very, very messy for kids to eat. But I feel very lucky that you guys know everything.
