you can't run a business with that type of demand from workers.  Fire them all and re-train new employees.  they are already paid really well for what they do.  

some estimates for union longshoreman make over 100K a year.  77% increase her is dumb.  

some sites estimate 40 - 60K a year.  This may be on the lower end but a 77% increase here is way too high.
