I think it was, with a lot of tiptoe passes barely in bounds, and a lot of holds
vs BYU on key 3rd and 4th downs that may have been sacks or QB hurries, which amount to more INT's and TO's. Just ask KSU!
That being said, the Baylor QB looked really good at times. He almost brought them back for the win, until the BYU "D" knuckled down, and secured the win those last 3 Baylor drives.
