Everyone here either drives way over the speed limit (and rides your bumper in any lane if they think you are not going fast enough) or way under the speed limit (especially around the big cities) and, 2) Motorcyclists here are crazier than in the US with their lane changing and zipping between cars. I have only seen two wrecks involving motorcycles but there could have been many more.
