Here are their shooting splits:
Towns: FG 52% 3PT 40% FT 84%
Randle: FG 47% 3PT 33% FT 75%
There is no universe in which Randle is a better shooter or better at spacing the floor than Towns. Then when you throw in Towns is 4 inches taller and can actually (try to) guard Jokic, this seems like a massively stupid trade for the Timberwolves.
