sitting in the plane without it moving for 55 minutes. They kept us updated on the intercom; said they were working on re-booting some computer glitch. The engines were running most of the time. Finally, they said they were completely shutting the engines and everything down and then restarting.
Once they did that then it took about 10 more minutes to back away from the portal. Definitely wasn't one of our better flights. Overall, I grade them a straight - C .
It likely depends on what plane it is, but for whatever reason their seats always seem less comfortable on the bottom than on other airlines.
