With so many needs. Social media and device's have taken over their brains. We had a student get hit by a car outside the school yesterday. 1 student went to help, all other students pulled out their phones to video it.

The level of resilience is at an all time low. Every kid thinks they are being bullied. Some are, but many are just having regular conflict, but the skills aren't there to solve them.

Many parents are awesome, helpful, supportive. There are a few others that suck the life out of everyone.

I do love my job, but it gets harder every day it seems
