If there is some other reason for this weird exchange and your latest question, then yes, I stated facts. Believe it or not there is a lot of compensation information available to lots of people. Just because you don’t have access (and know nothing about any of the details of this particular situation either) you carry on and on knowing absolutely zero except to disagree. Weird thinking that no one in America could be underpaid in their current employment. No one ever changes jobs and gets big raises because they were paid under market.
