That is my friend's house.
He did well for himself. He often takes his plane and flies to his smaller house in St. George.
I know he bought the house in Draper because he got it cheap. He was planning to build on 25 acres up Herriman Canyon but bought it add it to his portfolio. He has since added a pool.
