I just need to figure out a good recipe for dough. My crusts all suck.

Fave is brisket but to branch out try some jerky, tri tip or smoked cream cheese

Oh yeah. I do tri tip all the time. I agree about the pizza oven. super fun

Tri-tip is my fav. And I find it's incredibly easy and fast to smoke chicken breasts that even retain moisture through

Two completely different cookers. Use the Traeger to smoke meat - ribs, brisket, pork butt.

Favorite on Traeger is jalapeño poppers and brisket. Blackstone smash burgers
