Bigger issue here is transfer rule eligibility. Need to bring back mandatory yr
of ineligibility.
I don’t like the no cap on NIL, but at least create some consistency and loyalty/multi-year obligation in order to not have to sit, this can be done by contracts or a transfer ineligibility rule

Paying more money for college QBs does not guarantee good QB play (or pro QBs either for that matter).
