Memphis to make the move. Maybe they would consider a better offer, but I think it's simply his way of saying that Memphis is only ever going to consider moving if they feel like the destination puts them in a better spot than they currently are. Maybe that's with the PAC. Maybe that's with the Big 12 (which is where I think they really want to go). Maybe it's simply by staying put in the AAC. But frankly, I don't think the PAC-12 is in a position to give an offer to Memphis (or other AAC schools) that will make it worth the increased travel costs, etc. to move to the PAC-12 for competition that is only a marginal step up.
