We used Pella, had a leak in one of the windows. They charged me $150 to
come out and verify it was workmanship on the installation and not the actual windows. The windows were 20 year warranty or something but the workmanship was only 1 yr.
So the dude collected my $150 and said they weren't able to fix it under warranty.
