I was always taught- if someone is coming to you, you are paying for that Wether it be through the tv, radio, online ads, door to door, mailers etc.

Find the people who don’t advertise and go to them.

Now- if you are getting black Windows you can expect to pay about $750 per window average but for white and tan$500 and these are good higher grade than builder grade windows.
