They’re not being paid for the school to perform but to come play hopefully at high rate but same regardless of performance.
This is what they agreed to and if they don’t like it they don’t have to come.
Saying they should get a share of revenue sounds like they should all pay their way and get paid hourly. That’s how corporations do it. You would be surprised how few would come ahead this way.
