Yeah, Hill should absolutely not be designated HC-in-waiting under a younger Sitake
Makes no sense and limits the recruiting that Hill can do.
Most importantly, it presumes Kalani is leaving soon... But Kalani isn't retiring soon or bring hired away soon, and if the team falls apart enough to get KS fired, you don't necessarily want the same continuity.
Only time a HC-in-waiting makes sense is with an older coach who is near retirement and has a coordinator who is highly desired elsewhere
