These same rednecks have heavily modded trucks that they rev and idle most nights middle of the night laughing because they know it bothers neighbors.

This is a higher end neighborhood but they bought this house when the development first started so they got in cheap. These are the exact type of neighbors HOAs are supposed to help prevent.

They’re consistently fined but they don’t care.

Bottom line: trying to talk to them will probably lead to them throwing it back in my yard
