they can actually win and their pitching like normal is completely destroyed by injuries.

That isn't even bringing up the fact that you have Roberts who can't seem to make any good decisions when the playoffs are around. He has been horrible. Winning the NL West title who cares, when you get bounced from the playoff's year in and out.

Probably the only time he actually did a good job was when the Astros were cheating and ended up winning.
