know they are darned if they do and darned if they don't. If they don't....well that's where we are now. If all of a sudden they do, well, it's out of character, it would be deemed as disingenous, and it would be a flash in the pan....not sustainable. No wonder they are fighting this development and the perception of BYU, tooth and nail.
