I understand that she is alone and has essentially no connections besides you. I am afraid that feels like a very untenable situation. Is there anyone around that you feel comfortable fostering friendships with?

One option would be to look at the Vietnamese RM network- perhaps there are families relatively close by that could become supports as well?
