succeed Kalani as the HC, although I don't think he'd want to wait around long enough for the HC position at BYU to open up. Therefore I would absolutely take Aranda in a heartbeat as a Defensive Coordinator for BYU. He has a great track record as a D Coordinator and I think he would be a great fit at BYU.

I also wonder if we would have options of individuals already on staff to replace Jay Hill if we weren't able to keep him for some reason? Would Justin Ena or Poppinga be ready to step up as D Coordinator? Would Gary Anderson or Coach K who are analysts be candidates to be the D Coordinator?
