Utah has a nice to rags to riches story similar to BYU, Boise, TCU...but those programs have been up and down where Utah is consistently getting better.

Utes are the hands down favorite to win the conf while building for the future with a freshman QB.

It benefits Utah to go from the quiet, catch them off guard, overachiever to the villain. The intimidation factor works. Especially with solid teams like AZ, TCU, BYU, ISU all coming to RES this year. You want them to feel the pressure. Get in their heads.
