testing, procedures, surgeries that go against evidence-based medicine and current guidelines.. even guidelines the same institutions (CMS/govt) wouldn't approve for you to order on other individuals... or care pathways that I would be be roasted on (fraud allegations, etc) if I followed that on other patients.
