But in general without some one to work through the ins/outs of cardiac risk assessment and screening these general screenings are mostly worthless. Cardiac risk screening is a tricky world. It’s not as straightforward as it would seem, as is a lot of preventive screening of asymptomatic patients in medicine.. and most cardiologists don’t have the time or interest to really work through it with you.
