Heard this in a Huberman podcast… best way to get motivated is go do something
You are putting off or dreading doing. Or even do one thing that perhaps you were not dying to do.
This has been a powerful tool in jump starting my motivation when it’s lagging.
Aimless phone use generally crushes my drive too.
