Noted. California is suing Exxon for claiming recycling plastic works, when it apparently doesn't. I think citizens ought to sue California and all its municipalities, as well as all the environmentalists, for making the exact same claim. Especially any citizens who have paid extra to their local governments for recycling collection bins over the years.

This is so on par for that state.
