... an all conference type receiver (I realize BYU was technically independent at the time) in 2022 just before his injury. We all had such high hopes he would pick up from there but, since he came back in 2023, he has not. Maybe that is more of a function of the QB throwing to him in 2023 and 2024, or maybe it is more of a function that he just happened to have a couple career games just before his injury and there was nowhere for him to go, realistically, but down a couple pegs on the ladder. Hopefully as Retzlaff increases his efficiency, Epps will shine more.
