Not to mention, this kid parked a car that was now his that he just got from his dead grandmother in his own condos parking lot. He should have just parked somewhere else, right?
Parking passes exist for a reason.
They just need to "not park where there is a sign."
Yes.
ut we get it, you "own" rental properties so you don't care about poor college students who have to pay exorbitant towing fees and deal with the inconvenience of working with scumbag towing companies to try and get their cars back. Nevermind the fact of the lies and games these two companies play to scam these students out of the little money they do have.
The condo complex I owned had 5 reserved spots. 2 for the on-site manager and her husband, 2 for maintenance, 1 for me. We didn't require parking passes or tow anywhere else. The on site management still called about twice a month for people parking in their spots. Clear signs posted and managers had parking spots painted with "manager only parking". I still got calls from entitled kids saying they were just there for a minute (it takes over 30 minutes for the tow company to show up, so thats a lie), or some emergency that came up that required them to park in those spots.. We had a lot behind our complex that was no parking at all. 24/7 towing and signage posted clearly on the fence in front of the parking spots, and at both entrances. Same thing with those, kids (not my residents) calling my phone mad that they got towed.
0 sympathy. none.
