The uniforms BYU has worn for nearly 20 years now are classic and timeless. The drop shadow uniforms are cool in small doses (I would love to see the blue ones again) but you don't mess with perfection. And when the team actually wears the normal version of the current uniform it is absolute perfection. The 49ers won a Super Bowl with drop shadow uniforms during the same era, and they are cool occasional throwbacks, but they shouldn't replace the 49ers' iconic look either.
