What's even stranger is that the ref called it out of bounds and NOT a TD.

That was super confusing because the ref clearly signaled out of bounds right there. I never did see any ref signal TD.

The one ref pointed out where his foot went out, but the "no TD" or "TD" call couldn't happen until after conferral and
