Is this just part of his thing - acting like Rising's status is up in the air? I haven't been watching any of the game so far. I just looked and saw Isaac Wilson's stat line. How long before kickoff did it become clear Rising wasn't going to play?

I assume there aren't repercussions in college football for blatantly lying about your injury report, like there is in the NFL?
