Did you know the ninth-season episode "The Farm" was actually intended to be the pilot of a spinoff series starring Rainn Wilson? Dwight and his siblings were going to run this big farm they inherited, and I'm sure all sorts of zaniness would ensue. Once the decision was made to can the spinoff series, they repurposed the footage and made it an episode of The Office.
