You really need to sit down with your accountant/tax preparer.
You've got some pretty complicated issues that could create quite a mess if this isn't handled properly. Your tax preparer also needs to have a solid background in S corp issues as well. Sorry to not provide answers but what you are dealing with is way beyond getting an answer from Cougarboard. Good luck!
