ALWAYS no. Doesn't matter what the topic is. Even when people get what they want, it's still not enough. And in journalism, if it were enough, they wouldn't be writing an article about it (even if it is really enough). We live in a victim culture where we no one is personally or collectively as a group, responsible for their own situation or lot in life.
