If the O-line creates holes to run through, and if the opponent doesn't read the play early enough to stop it, every one of our backs will break off a nice gain. If you're playing running back at this level, whether you're a walk-on or on scholarship, you have plenty of talent as a running back in seeing holes and running through them.
I also think you've forgotten too many positive plays by our running backs from even this year, let alone years past. Davis and Ropati have both had great games for us. In addition to Martin, Haunga's good, but so are Davis, Nawahine, Ropati, Moa and Jovesa Damuni.
